The goal of Changing Lives with Solutions Home Care Agency is to have a reputation for hiring the highest caliber caregivers. We hire applicants that have at least two years of caregiving experience and that have certifications (e.g. Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Medical Assistants, Certified Caregivers, etc. ); many are also retired nurses and other professionals. We recruit, hire and fire so you never have to. Of course, we don’t want to fire someone who we’ve invested so much time and money to recruit. But, as you’d expect, if they don’t do a good job in your home, we remove them immediately.
